What are rewards?

Rewards are additional cleaning services such as window cleaning. Rewards are provided in our subscription packs for free.

What rewards are available?

1. Cleaning of all windows.
2. Exterior car cleaning.
3. Fridge Cleaning.
4. Oven Cleaning.
5. All kitchen cabinets are cleaned.
6. Bathroom Grout cleaning.
7. Microwave cleaning.
8. Sofa Cleaning.
9. Extractor fan Cleaning.
10. We also allow our customers to suggest a reward option. If we feel the suggestion is able to be completed within a certain period of time and the materials are available, then we would be more than happy to include the suggestion as a reward.

How to book rewards?

You will always be contacted by our team members to book your rewards. However, you can always call or email us. You must let us know no less than 24 hours before your scheduled clean.

How many rewards can I use per month?

Each subscription pack provides a certain number of rewards. A maximum of 3 rewards can be booked per month.

My subscription has ended, and I didn't use all my rewards. Can I add my unused rewards to a renewed subscription?

Unfortunately, we do not allow for rewards to be transferred if unused.

Can I buy additional rewards?

Yes, additional rewards can be purchased and ordered over the phone or by email. The price per reward is 150kr. All extra rewards purchased will be added to your next invoice.
